Farming & Harvesting

  • Only mature, healthy, export-grade produce is selected for packing.

Sorting & Grading

Export standards in every batch.

Our packhouse team sorts and grades produce based on:

  • Size

  • Color

  • Maturity

  • Firmness

  • Visual quality

Any item that doesn’t meet our export standards is removed.

This ensures clients receive only premium-grade produce. 

Pre-Cooling & Cold Chain Management

Freshness protected at every step.

To maintain maximum shelf life and aroma, produce undergoes:

  • Immediate pre-cooling after sorting

  • Temperature-controlled holding prior to packing

  • Cold-chain transport from packhouse to airport

We strictly control temperature to prevent moisture loss and spoilage.

Packaging for Export

All products are packed in:

  • Ventilated export cartons

  • Food-safe liners

  • Clearly labeled boxes with weight, origin, and batch numbers

Packaging is optimized for airfreight to preserve quality during long-distance transport.

Phytosanitary Inspection & Documentation

Full compliance with global regulations.

We handle all required export paperwork, including:

  • Phytosanitary Certificate

  • Commercial Invoice & Packing List

  • Certificate of Origin

  • GlobalGAP Certificate

  • KEBS compliance where required

  • Any country-specific requirements

Every shipment is inspected by Kenya Plant Health Inspectorate Service (KEPHIS) before departure.
